I was surprised that one size fits all did fit well on my size 38B chest. The holes along the back of the top give it a more sexy appearance while the closed fabric in the front covers the chest completely. I plan to wear this to a nightclub and possibly over a sheer bodysuit. It is well made and washed well in the washing machine in a laundry bag on cold water cycle. Then I hung it to dry.
