Online dispute resolution for consumers

Consumers residing in Europe must be aware of the fact that the European Commission has set up an online platform that provides a means of alternative dispute resolution. This tool can be used by European consumers to resolve any disputes relating to non-judicial and/or arising from contracts for the sale of goods and services concluded online. Consequently, if the User is a European citizen, they can use this platform for the resolution of any dispute arising from the online contract stipulated with the Owner. The platform is available at the following link (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/). The Owner is available to reply to each question received by email to the email address published in this document.
